Pyx was bred by Diane and Patrick Truxillo of Baroque 'n Dreams in Anza, California and purchased by us as a 9 month old. We decided to leave him in California to grow up with his siblings until he was about 2.5 years old. After coming to FL we waited until he was 5yrs old before starting him undersaddle.
On October 21, 2019 the Danish, representing the KNN, came and Pyxis earned his breeding license for 2020 and 2021 with flying colors. Not only that, but he came home with the Best Stallion AND the Best In Show titles! He was an absolute star through the rainstorm, braving the mud and the scary umbrellas. He received a perfect score on his vet inspection and 9's on both his trot and canter to finish with an 8 overall. We're so beyond proud of how well he handled everything.
